SMS opt-in is collected when a user provides their mobile phone number and affirmatively consents by checking the opt-in checkbox on our Contact Us online form. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving legal services.

We send SMS messages only to users who have expressly opted in. Messages may include responses to inquiries, case-related communications, or service-related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message. For assistance, reply HELP and we will contact you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
